Recommended Age for Treatment

 

Treating children during their growth stages allows Drs. Pulitzer to achieve results that may not be possible once facial bones have fully developed.  It is recommended to do an initial evaluation at seven years old to gather baseline information on growth.

Sam and Cindy dated through dental school, fell in love
and have been buliding a beautiful life together ever since. 

They are the proud parents of three boys,
Bryce, Avery and Vaughn.

Cindy and Sam have happily lived and practiced in Kingsport, TN with their family since 2005.  
Since then their orthodontic practice has blossomed. Pulitzer Orthodontics has been voted best orthodontist in Kingsport, Tn by Times News Readers Choice
