Cindy Pulitzer D.D.S.

The daughter of an orthodontist, I have worked in an orthodontic office my entire life, beginning with simple tasks and continuing through college when I worked summers as an assistant. I practice orthodontics to impart a positive change the lives of my patients. I enjoy hearing about my patients’ lives and watching the transformation that occurs when someone goes from being self-concious about his/her smile to smiling impulsively and proudly.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, reading & tennis when I’m not chasing after our sons Bryce, Avery and Vaughn. Sam & I feel so fortunate to have found our new hometown Kingsport.
